Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before [CONFIRM CUTOFF, e.g. 11:00 AM ET] usually leave our warehouse the same business day; orders placed after that go out the next business day.

Ground shipping is free on orders over $150, calculated after discounts and before tax. Rates for faster services are shown at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, APO and FPO addresses, or US territories.

Orders over [CONFIRM AMOUNT, e.g. $500] and all overnight deliveries require a signature on delivery.

You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it from your account.

Returns

You may return unworn items within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in original, saleable condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please use a trackable service and keep your tracking number until the return is complete.

Returns received more than 30 days after shipping are reviewed case by case. Where accepted, they are refunded as store credit rather than to the original payment method.

We can only accept Joseph A. merchandise purchased from this store. Items bought from other retailers should be returned to the retailer they came from.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or colour ship free within the same 30-day window. If the replacement costs more than the original, the difference is charged when the exchange is processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email [CONFIRM CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement.

Gifts

Items returned by a gift recipient are refunded as store credit. The original purchaser is not notified unless the recipient asks us to let them know.

Processing times

Allow 3 to 5 business days from the day your parcel reaches us for a refund, credit, or exchange to be processed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take a few additional days to appear, depending on your bank.
